These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, content and engagements offered by The Change Room Pty Ltd (“The Change Room”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or engaging us for any program, keynote, coaching or consulting service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Change Room is an Australian leadership, performance and wellbeing consultancy operating across three arms — Performance, Sports and Recovery. We deliver programs, keynotes, coaching, podcasts and written materials to organisations and individuals.

2. Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about our work. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any associated databases.

3. Engagement of services

Programs, keynotes, coaching engagements and consulting work are delivered under separate written agreements (statements of work, proposals or letters of engagement) that set out scope, fees, timing and any specific terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

Quotes and indicative pricing on this website are not offers capable of acceptance. A binding engagement only exists once a written agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, photography, the brand marks “The Change Room”, “The Change Room Performance”, “The Change Room Sports”, “The Change Room Recovery”, program names, frameworks, methodologies, articles, podcast episodes and books — is the property of The Change Room or our contributors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view, share and quote short excerpts with appropriate attribution for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell or use our materials commercially, or train machine-learning systems on them, without our prior written permission.

Materials provided to clients within an engagement remain our intellectual property unless the engagement agreement says otherwise. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use those materials internally for the purpose of the engagement.

5. Books and physical products

Books and other products linked from our shop are sold and fulfilled by the listed retailers (e.g. Booktopia, Dymocks, Amazon). Their terms of sale, pricing, shipping and returns apply. Bulk and corporate orders fulfilled directly by us are governed by the relevant order confirmation.

6. Editorial & clinical disclaimer

Our content — including articles, podcasts, books, programs and recovery materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not, and is not a substitute for, individual medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice. Recovery programs complement clinical care; they do not replace it. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (including retailers, podcast platforms and partner organisations). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Change Room and its directors, employees, contractors and members of the collective are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or our content. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to: (a) re-supplying the services; or (b) refunding the fees paid for the services giving rise to the liability.
